I tried out a new challenge this month called Themed Thursday. Two of my fave nail girls started it, @thenailpolishchallenge and @wondrouslypolished. The main theme was Halloween, so that's why I choosed this challenge instead of my regular WNAC.

I decided to do the 31DC again this year. If you follow me on Instagram, then you've already seen the first 2 day's manicures. Hello everyone!
This month's WNAC is all about gradients, and this week's theme was animal print. When it comes to animal print, the first thing comes in my mind is snake/croc skin. So I did a pastel green to teal gradient, and on top of that I handpainted the reptile skin with black acrylic paint, using THIS picture as a guideline.

The last theme of WNAC June was glitter. I knew I want a full glitter mani, and one of my fave pattern is floral, so I didn1t have too much choice here :D

Today's theme was chevron, which I actually really like, but don't use to often. For the base I used KBShimmer Daisy About You, which was already on my nails. Fro the chevrons I used a mint and a turquoise akrylic paint. Everything is handpainted btw.

I joined to the WNAC again. This moth's main theme is holo, and there are different subthemes every week. Today we had to make a blobbicure. This technique is out there a couple of months now, but sadly I don't know who is the original mind behind it. Anyways, whoever it is, thank you! :)

Hello everyone! This is the birds challenge's last theme. I didn't wanted to do a cute owl, because I think they are not cute at all (especially when they spit their lunch's left-over fur and bones to our backyard...:S :D ). So I painted an angry looking owl in my middle finger and some feather in the ringfinger. I painted the rest of my nails with China Glaze Midtown Magic.

The last theme of January WNAC2015 was black & white. I went for a floral pattern and I choosed my trusted rose pattern, but this time I'm not only painted the outlines of the rose, but I also shaded it too. It looks a bit uneven if we see it closely, but it looks sooo lovely anyways. I really like it and I think the matte finish is perfect with this pattern. I used acrylic paint for the roses.

I joined to the Weekly Nail Art Challenge which I noticed on Instagram. Sadly I missed out the firts 2 theme and the third (dotticure) wasn't that interesting for me, so I started the challenge with the galaxy theme. January challenge is all about matte finish, we have to make our nail arts with a matte finish.
