Nail art with Cirque Colors nail lacquers

I'm going to show you 2 nail art that I made using Cirque Colors nail polishes. They are quite simple designs (well, compared what I usually do), because it's a lot harder working with quick drying nail polishes instead of acrylic paint.
I actually showed you one of the manis a couple weeks ago on Instagram, but I wanted to write a blogpost about them, showing more pictures with the designs.

This first nail art was inspired by baroque designs. I find really hard to paint these swearly patterns, so I have to practice them a lot. I used Topless in Times Square as a base, then I painted on the design with black acrylic paint. Then I colored the pattern in with the rosegold Halcyon and Tavern on the Teal.

This plaid pattern is even more simple, but I like it anyways. I love to paint plaid manis in the fall, I think they suit the season really well. I used Concrete Jungle as a base, and I lined with Rouge Rockefeller, Midnight Cowboy and Reflektor.

You can find my swatch&review blogposts about the polishes mentioned HERE and HERE.
