Today's WNAC theme was mint+lilac (within the main theme summer). For me, this 2 colour is not really summery, I think I've never used these colors together before. So I was a bit confused, but in the end I decided to do a sailor mani, because I haven't done any this summer, so why not?

This nail art was made for WNAC magenta+navy theme. I know...this blue is not exactly navy...:S I was trying to mix a deep, but still very much blue color, and on the nails it came out this vivid cobalt blue...anyways, I think it looks amazing with this magenta, so I'm not sad at all :)

WNAC August main theme is summer, and today's theme is Lemon&Cherry. I dont really like this 2 colors together, but they're quite nice in this geometric design. In the summer I often use 90's inspired patterns, so for me, they're truly summery designs.

WNAC2015 July | Gradient Animal Print

This month's WNAC is all about gradients, and this week's theme was animal print. When it comes to animal print, the first thing comes in my mind is snake/croc skin. So I did a pastel green to teal gradient, and on top of that I handpainted the reptile skin with black acrylic paint, using THIS picture as a guideline.

NAIL ART | WNAC2015 Pastel Floral - Orchid

Today's WNAC2015 theme was pastel frloral, so I went with an orchid pattern. I've never painted orchid on my nails, so it was an awesome challenge for me. The base is a sponged gradient with China Glaze 'That's Shore Bright' and Orly 'Dance 'till Dawn'.

Today's theme was chevron, which I actually really like, but don't use to often. For the base I used KBShimmer Daisy About You, which was already on my nails. Fro the chevrons I used a mint and a turquoise akrylic paint. Everything is handpainted btw.
