Just like last year, I made a new year mani this year too. I made it relatively simple: fireworks and numbers. Everything is handpainted.

I have a cute unicorn decoration to show you from Born Pretty Store. I was really curious about these thin, flat metal decorations, how they work, how much they're bendable. You can choose from a lot of patterns, there are cute snowflakes too! #waitingforchristmas

I have an other fashion inspired nail art. This one was inspired by a dress from the Mara Hoffmann SS 2015 collection. Well, I made some major changes, but you can kinda see the original conception.

holographic, metallic, piCture pOlish, swatch
Do we need another piCture pOlish Eyre review? I believe we do :D We want all the Eyre swatches and reviews in the World, because I think it's the most amazing and special shade PP have ever made (well, remade, but you know how I mean). It's a match made in heaven Eyre and me, because I'm a metallic/chrome finish junky and my second fave finish is holo-flakes. Oh, and did I mentioned that my favorite color is blue? So I guess you understand now, why I'm soooo in love with this nail polish.

flower pattern, freehand, nail art, tutorial
Can you remember that I have this series called Fashion On My Nails where I pick a fashion themed picture as an inspiration? Well, there was only one nail art from this series, this is the second. I choosed this picture below. I really like the print on the model's sweatshirt, but I only focused at the flower print and the black frame.

Weird title, I know, but this nail art reminds me of a fireplace. You know, a smoldering fire behind a wrought iron guard... Anyways, I'm in love with it. It's not a secret that I absolutely adore flakie nail polishes, I think they are unearthly and gorgeous and I really wanted to use my Dance Legend Lollypop which I haven't used in a while. I also wanted to wear dark blue nail polish this week, so I used Sally Hansen Thinking of Blue. So this is my base, for the stamping I used China Glaze - Passion and the first (and only) hungarian stamping plate Pet'la Plate. The plate called Wishes II.

born pretty store, geometric, nail art, stamping
Today I have a Born Pretty Store stamping plate to show you. I really loved the pattern in my middle and my ring finger, that was the reason I choosed this plate. I tried out all of the big patterns and I made a video about this stamping plate, so you can see it in action and I also made a normal nail art with one of the patterns.

For the final week, I choosed Penny Dreadful, because I think it turned out pretty strong and dramatic. In my opinion, you can't really see anything so powerful and breath taking in tv as Penny Dreadful. It really put me under it's spell, even though I ended up being an emotional wreckage after every episode :D Well, I can thank that mostly for Eva Green and her amazing play. Anyways, the show is amazing and I can't wait for the next season!

Hello everyone! Today I have a tutorial for your Halloween paws. I kept it super easy, so I think everyone could do this nail art. I wanted to do these bone nails for quite long time, and Halloween is the perfect time to do it. I hope this tutorial will be helpful for a couple of you! :)

freehand, halloween, mix&match, nail art
Beside 4 Weeks of Halloween, I really wanted to make other Halloween themed nail arts, patterns that I was really loving last year. I saw eyeball, witch finger or vampire fang nail arts everywhere on the internet, and I loved them, but my time schedule was already full so I could never make them. But this year I planned a mix 'n' match nail art with my favorite patterns. As I said, I saw these patterns in a lot of nail art, but I couldn't tell who made it first, so I can't give a proper credit. Please, if you know who made these awesome patterns firs, write it down in the comment section!

freehand, gradient, nail art, other pattern
Today I was inspired by rainy days and I was trying to do a watery nail art. You know, when the water flows down the window. Well, it turned out a little bit abstract, but I really like it! I used 2 holographic nail polish (maybe not the best choice) for the gradient base and then I handpainted on the little white waves then I added some blacks too, just to give some dimension.

Today I will show you the most amazing textured nail polish Zoya have ever made. Noir came in the fall PixieDust collection and I think we can all agree on that this one is really standing out of the other 2, slightly boring shades. Well, at first I thought that Noir will be just a simple burgundy-pink textured polish, but boy, I was wrong! :)

3D decoration, born pretty store, review, stud
Today I have something really exciting from Born Pretty Store. I was a little bit affraid that I will not like these hearts in person, because they looked too pink on the website (and we all know that I'm not a fan of pink :D but actually I made some progress, I'm not a total hater anymore!) but when I saw them I knew I made the right decision.

I craved something rosy and baroque, so I grabbed my Catrice Genious In The Bottle (which I don't really like because it didn't mach well with my skintone, but with a pretty print it's quite amazing.). The roses are actually really dark purple and burgundy, but in the pictures they look like black :( But believe me, they are not black :D

I was going to post this monday, but life got in the way, so I'm only post this today, 4 days after The Walking Dead 5th season premiere. Anyways, it's never too late for a TWD manicure, so this is my second nail art for my 4 Weeks of Halloween series. This was inspired by my all time favorite character, Daryl Dixon ;)

Last year I was inspired by classic horror movies, and this year I will be inspired by horror series :) Since yesterday was the season 4 premiere of American Horror Story it was evident to choose AHS today.

This is the last day of the challenge, and I have to say I'm glad that it's over :D It was really challenging, but not the nail painting part, because I really enjoyed painting my nails and brainstorming, but the afterwork like editing and and writing the post (in two languages) was hard.
But, thanks for this challenge I made some pretty awesome nail arts that I'm really proud of. This is my top 6 favorit nail art:

Today we had to pick a tutorial and recreate the design. It was a bit hard for me, because I don't really use tutorials, so I had to make a massive search :D But, I've found a really cute design at Very Emily, it's called Asa no Ha and the tutorial is HERE. Actually I used a bit different method to create the triangles, I painted 3 (or more) horizontal lines and then I created the triangles. I think it's a lot more easier this way than painting on the triangles one by one. I also made the pattern a little bit more interesting, I mean I used it in different ways.

Okay, I won't lie, that werewolf "smile" is kind of scary, even for me. I really like the horror genre, but, I don't know, it's really creapy :D So after I took some photos, I washed it off :D
I know, werewolfs don't have eyes like that, it's more like a cat/dragon eye, I don't know why I did an eye like that :D Anyways, I like it besides the fact that one nail scares te sh*t out of me :D

Today we had to choose a flag, and because the rules didn't say that we should stay on the ground of reality I choosed house Stark :) Well, my fave character is Tyrion, but I couldn't stand a Lannister flag on my nails, so I choosed a house that is really suites me and anyways, after Tyrion my next faves are Jon and Arya, so...

I was thinking about to start a new serie related to fashion inspirations on my nails for a long time, but I never started it. Today, in the 31 day challenge the theme was: inspired by fashion, so I kind of had to start the serie :D I will call it FASHION on my NAILS and it will be random, so sometimes I will do it every week, sometimes every two weeks or so. I have a lot of pictures saved right now, so I'm very excited about it!

I choosed Under the Skin as an inspiration today, simply because I saw that movie last week and the memories were still vivid. It's not an easy moovie, it's really shocking and artistic. So I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. But I liked it, I think it was really interesting, and Scarlett Johansson rocks! :D

I think half moon is perfect for a sophicticated manicure, but you also can go pretty wild with it. I stayed on the wild road again, and I accidently created something really awesome. I never used flakie topcoats anything but cream finish nail polishes, but when I was looking for a burgundy polish I found my Essie Toggle To The Top wich is a wine red jelly with red glitters.
I always thought that Dancing with Nureyev is my absolute favorite from A-England. But when I bought Briar Rose everything changed.
It's such a gorgeous, interesting and mysterious color! I don't like pink, so I was afraid that the color will be too pink for me, but it's not at all! I really enjoy wearing this amazing shade.

I had a couple of ideas for today, but in the end I made this full glitter nail art using only loose glitters and clear nail polsih. I'm not that satisfied with the colors, because I don't really had perfectly matching glitters, but it's alright.

For the delicate theme I painted feathers on my nails. My base is A-England Briar Rose. First, I painted on the pattern with A-England Dancing with Nureyev, but it didn't showed properly, so I had to paint it over with black acrilyc paint, but I made the lines thinner, so the Dancing with Nureyev still visible.
I really like it.
