I was lucky enough to receive a swatch PR package from Hypnotic Polish to try out one of their newest brand, Penelope Luz. They offer a wide variety of colors and finishes from the brand.
Since I've never tried Penelope Luz before, I was really excited! After trying out all of these colors and finishes, I can fully recommend the brand, the quality is really nice!

This collection is the re-release of their White Witch collection that came out in 2015. Beside the 8 original shades, they came out with 3 brand new shades, and the White Witch's House (from this year's Enchanted Fables collection) will also be available. The brand recreated the original shades so nicely, although some of the pigments/flakes were discontinued so they had to replace them with similar ones that are available.
