I was lucky enough to receive a swatch PR package from Hypnotic Polish to try out one of their newest brand, Penelope Luz. They offer a wide variety of colors and finishes from the brand.
Since I've never tried Penelope Luz before, I was really excited! After trying out all of these colors and finishes, I can fully recommend the brand, the quality is really nice!
