In November the amazingly talented Maria, who's the creative mind behind Sonailicious blog created something much needed in the nail art community: a nail art sketchbook. Maria was awesome enough to send me two of the 3 nail shapes available, and now after weeks of testing I finally can write down my thoughts about it.

MAGYAR verzió Nothing to disclose
I didn't felt blogging this week, but I forced myself to write this post today.
Winter equals knitted, I like actual knitted clothes too, but I also like to paint knitted pattern onto my nails. I never done 3D knitter design though, usually it's done with gel, but I experimented a little, and I've found a really nice alternative.

MAGYAR verzió Nothing to disclose
I feel that I haven't done anything real nail art lately, and if I'm thinking it throug, I really haven't. Since my Christmas nail art I didn't used any of my detailing brushes nor my acrylic paints. So it was really time to sit down and paint something.

born pretty store, christmas, nail art, PRsample, review, stamping, winter
Today I will show you a Winter/Christmas themed stamping plate that I got from Born Pretty Store for review. I didn't choosed this, they kindly sent it as an extra, and even though I tried to avoid stamping lately (I want to focus more on my freehand skills), I was really happy when I saw it, because (oddly) I don't have any Winter/Christams themed stamping plates.

It's a bit hard for me to go into the Winter season, because I love Fall so much. And honestly there's not too much of options in the Winter theme: I don't like to paint Santa, Snowman and that kind of stuff, so theres only a couple of patterns that I can choose from. Also, getting around Christmas I feel this need that I HAVE TO use red in my nail arts, and that is something that I try to avoid (can you tell that I'm not a red wearer? :D).
