I'm always excited for new Potion Polish shades, they are always interesting but wearable colors combined with an awesome formula. Let's see their newest collection: Winter Whimsy.
SNOW ANGEL
A.k.a. crushed glass ornaments in freshly fallen snow.
It's a white crelly with gold holo particles, gold flakes, green-gold-red-pink-purple UCC flakes and green-gold-red shimmer flakes.
2 coats + 1-2 coats of topcoat
SUGAR PLUM
It's a dark but saturated purple base with green-gold-red shimmer flakes, tiny holo flakes and pink(purple?) holo shards.
2 coats +2 coats of topcoat
MERRY & BRIGHT
It's a medium purple base with gold-red shimmer, tiny holo flakes and silver holo nanoglitters.
2 coats + topcoat
ENCHANTED EVERGREEN
It's a deep forest green base with green-gold-orange-red shimmer, tiny holo flakes and silver holo nanoglitters.
2 coats + topcoat
JOY
It's a pale lavender base with gold flakes, green-gold-orange-red shimmer flakes, tiny holo flakes and silver holo nanoglitters.
2 coats + 2 coats of topcoat
I really like these colors (and I'm so thankful the lack of reds - despite being a Winter collection), my favorite is Joy.

ReplyDeleteOMG! Colours are just perfect - so adorable & shine! Yet I don't wear polishes more that 3 years, as was tired of constant refreshments. What about you? How long can you stay chip-free? As usually I use hard gel, on the top of it I can use any of Gelishes or just polishes. Do you think this kind of combination, like polygel ( this one ) + Potion Polish on the top of it? Do you think this combo is doable?
