I made a tutorial video for this. Apologies for the crapy quality, this was one of my first videos...

I was inspired by the NCLA Nail Wraps: Flash Fete. I really love this design, and it's not as hard as it looks.
Start with a white base and drybrush some blue, purple, yellow, pink color over it. You can add some black too, but be careful with it! When you satisfied with the colors add some black lines. Step 8: use an iridescent nail polish to create that shiny/duochrome effect.
You are gonna need some makeup sponge, 6 different nail polishes , a flakie polish (I used Elf Fairy Dust) and a matte topcoat.
First ombre: You paint your nails with the 5 lightest nail polishes (leaving the darkest behind).
Second ombre: Make gradients with your sponge. Start with the second lightest.
When it dried paint your nails with a flakie nail polish, and after it dried use a matte topcoat.
