The new Colors by Llarowe collection offers 6 gorgeous polishes in various finishes.
MERMAIDS IN MAUI
It's a sheer purple jelly tint with holo flakes, holo dust, turquoise shimmer and gold-red irredescent glitters in various sizes.
I suggest 3 thin coats, but on short nails you might can get away with only 2. It doesn't dry too textured, but a good coat of topcoat is necessary.
I SKIES WITH MY KNEES
It's a gorgeous, deep turquoise color (a little bit deeper/darker than in my pictures) with a glowing holo effect (like Rain, Rare Orchid or Highschool Was Rought Man from previous collections). It's my absolute favorite from the collection.
It has a really good pigmentation, it covers in 1-2 coats. A basecoat is advised, because it can stain your nails a little bit.
ONE CRAZY ASS SUMMER
It's a cold pink jelly base with pink shimmer and the tiniest blue irredescent glitters which sparkle like crazy!
I needed 3 coats and 1 coats of topcoat.
DIVE RIGHT IN
It's a sky blue jelly base with holo dust and pink-peach shimmer.
It covers in 3 coats.
CITY STREETS
To be honest, this polish and the next one are a total A-England feeling to me. They have the same holo glow and slight duochrome that A-England polishes have - and it's a good thing, because they are both gorgeous and have amazing formulas!
City Streets is a DARK GREY - and I scream this because on the pictures it doesn't really look grey. The tiny bit of light will spark up the holo and bring life to the grey basecolor. It also has a pink shimmer, which doesn't really show up on the nails, but it's very much present in the bottle.
It has an awesome pigmentation, 1-2 coats are more than enough. It dries matte.
HARD TO IMAGINE
It's an army green base with a glowing holo effect and green-teal duochrome shimmer.
It covers in 2 easy coats, dries matte.
The Late Summer 2017 collection is already available at stockists, and they will launch at the official CbL site on August 1st. They also launch at the Indie Shop San Francisco on July 29th.
City Streets is a real stunner!
